Course: Responsible AI Fundamentals for Union Staff
Go beyond the hype around AI, understanding the real opportunities and challenges of AI for you, your team and your union.

As AI reshapes workplaces, we face a critical choice: will we harness this technology to strengthen our movement, or risk falling behind?
From supercharging member engagement or increasing the impact of our organising to handling hundreds of emails at once, taking notes in meetings and providing faster, better member support ... there's huge potential for AI to reduce burdensome work, increase union impact and make our movement stronger.
Hundreds of union staff around the world have already started their AI journeys with us in our unique courses, designed specifically for union staff. These are practical, hands-on online courses, available as either a 3 hour live online workshop or a self-paced course that you can join today.
The course was very easy to listen to and follow … you have taken a massive topic and broken it down into manageable chunks. Also liked your use of everyday examples."
Our courses go beyond the typical AI discussions about workplace or member impact (though that's crucial) to showcase case studies of ethical use of AI in unions and explore how union staff can responsibly use AI to transform our daily work.
Don't miss this unique opportunity to shape how our movement approaches the AI revolution.

"This course has been such a revelation to me. I knew so little about AI and its use in work... absolutely fascinating. I feel like I've been ignoring something so useful."
